We have rooms available for hire for events, workshops, classes and parties. A nature haven only 2 miles from Leeds city centre, the farm is an inspiring space to work, learn and grow and we are proud to offer the space out to organisations in the city.
We offer a special rate for charities and social enterprises.

EpiCentre: Downstairs Room
Available at weekends
Throughout the week this room is used by our Education team to host schools and other learners. At weekends this large room is available for hire and can be arranged in a classroom or an audience layout.
It can also be hired for birthday parties.

Lower Courtyard Room
Available Mon-Sun
This room is in the courtyard, right opposite the farm’s cafe. The room can be arranged with or without tables and chairs to suit your needs.

Standard Rates:
- Full day: £200
- Half day: £100
Charity rates:
- Full Day: £100
- Half Day: £50

Outdoor Spaces
We have woodlands, a coppice trail and an open barn which may be available when they are not in use by the farm. Please get in contact if this is of interest.
Catering
If you require catering we ask that you use the on-site cafe ‘Barn Coffee Shop’. Please contact them on 0113 2625048.
